Starter:
Mixed greens with grilled veggies, dressed in a lavender balsamic vinaigrette (fancy, but make it delicious)
Entrée – Your choice of:
🥩 Roasted Pork Loin stuffed with dried fruits
🐟 Roasted Red Snapper with fresh vegetables
🌿 Handmade Ravioli with huitlacoche, zucchini flower, cottage cheese, mushroom cream sauce, roasted pine nuts, and Parmesan (read that again slowly—yes, it’s real)
Dessert:
The only way to end the year: Tiramisú. Soft, sweet, and entirely worth the calories.
